My name is Carlo Cardinale and I am the owner of CleaningGurus LLC providing services for We Clean Colorado.
Cleanliness and tidiness was instilled in me at a very young age; I would notice my dad during the weekends running around the house, cleaning, organizing and refreshing the house for the new week. I would find myself detailing my parents' cars, almost like they were my own, helping my Nana vacuum her house, even obsessively vacuuming our family home when I returned from school. There was something about cleaning that brought relief to me. I found satisfaction in achieving results and refreshing my space.
I also consider myself to have an eye for symmetry and perfection- I quite literally see everything: from dirt, to stains, to odors, to those cobwebs that people pretend are not in existence. I carried that same energy into my early adult life. Peers and parents noticed my cleaning abilities, and I was the go-to “professional” to detail cars, clean up pet stains, and other items that required unique approaches.
It was brought to my attention in 2022 to start up my own cleaning service, and CleaningGurusLLC was established. It has been a privilege to be able to operate my own service and assist homeowners, sellers, real estate agents, property managers and builders in cleaning and restoring properties to look and feel presentable and ready for their next phases.
PREFERRED METHODOLOGY AND APPROACH TO CLEANING:
There are different methods of approaching a vacant home cleaning. We prefer a "top to bottom, room by room" approach where we completely clean on area at a time versus cleaning by type of task where it is more likely areas are missed. We know a clean property makes the person moving in feel good when they walk in the door, and that makes us feel good.
PRODUCTS WE USE:
We use safe products that are organic and/or bio-degradable for our cleaning and have invested in the right tools and equipment to get the work done efficiently and effectively. We have top notch vacuums, shop vacs for remodeling clean out, steam cleaners for grout and tile, and non-abrasive surface wipes/sponges.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We want our customers to be satisfied with our work, which is why we provide open communication channels throughout the duration of each project. If your property is excessively dirty or has other conditional issues, we cannot guarantee the surfaces will be cleaned if the property has been abused or not cleaned routinely. A deep cleaning service will cost more and if we arrive on site to a property and the condition of the home is not in line with what we were told, we will contact you to discuss.
